Our order of service sheets is professionally printed on high-quality card and are creased and folded. We will create a personal design that will reflect the life of your loved one. In addition, we also offer memorial cards and bookmarks that can be given to your family and friends as a lasting keepsake.

Steps to follow when death occurs at home
When a death occurs at home, inform the deceased’s doctor, he/she will visit your home and confirm the death. Get in touch with us on 01902 256 400 and we will arrange for the collection of your loved one. A medical certificate with the cause of death will be issued, you can collect this from the doctor within a few days. Once this has been collected, you register the death.
Death occurring in a hospital
The hospital will arrange the medical certificate. They will contact you to collect it and give you the personal belongings of your loved one. A consultation to register the death can then be made at your local council.
In cases where the death has been reported to the coroner, the HM coroner will contact the next of kin or representative, and liaise with the deceased’s doctors to establish if a post mortem is required. You can visit the official UK government website
